Co-owner
Gavin is a 19 year old entreprenuer. Gavin specializes in networking, sales, and providing quality work to all clients. He is a young entrepreneur rooted in his faith and is well known for his leadership skills and discipline. He is committed to providing trustworthy services to the lakes region through LLPC.
Josiah Shaffer
Co-owner
Josiah Shaffer just finished his first year at Grand Canyon University and was born and raised in Fargo. He is a faith-first entrepreneur known for being reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented, with experience in leadership, investing, and service. His work ethic is rooted in integrity and a commitment to doing things the right way while creating value for others.
Freddy Leistikow
Co-owner
Freddy is a young entreprenuer who will be attending M-State in the fall for HVAC. His drive and determination comes from his faith and he is experienced in farming, working hard, and providing clients with quality work. He very passionate about serving the lakes region through lake life property care.
Caleb Swiers

Caleb is a business administration student at NDSU with a background in human rousources and international trade. He is passionate about preserving the beauty and value of the lakes country through reliable detail-oriented property care.
